The key issues were the dates scheduled for the pick-up and drop-off. I had arranged for my vehicle to be picked up and dropped off to be one or two days before the carrier was available to meet. This was a major problem, especially since I was crunch on time. It would be truly beneficial if the windows of dates that I provided when purchasing the service actually were followed.
In addition to this, the time to meet up during the day was constantly up in the air. It is understandable, since the carrier was also traveling and dealing with other customers. I would suggest that the company incorporates a better method in sticking to schedules in order to be more punctual and organized.
Lastly, since I needed my vehicle as soon as possible, considering that it was already a day or two late, I was willing to meet up with the carrier wherever it was convenient for him. I was okay with this, but if again, this company wants to provide even better service, please be on time or at least within the window of dates provided.
Overall, I think the service went well. The gentleman transporting my vehicle was easily reached, and he was nice enough to provide me advice in how to add oil to my car. I also like how the paperwork and process of getting the service done is simple. Thus, I would use this company again.
